Mama’s with those young ones.
I see you.
I hear you.
I watch you.
It’s a tricky time these days.
Kids in school.
Kids at home.
Some at both.
Mama’s with those young ones.
I see you.
I hear you.
I watch you.
I, and many others, have been there before you.
Not in a Pandemic.
Not in these times.
Know you are prayed for.
Know you are doing a great job.
Know that parenting is hard.
It is work.
It is exhausting.
Mama’s with those young ones.
Laugh more.
Let things go.
Give thanks through the journey.
The hard days when you’re over-tired and feel worn to the core; dig in.
Remember you are loved.
Reach out to those of us who are further along the journey.
As generational living has decreased, I see those young mama’s going it alone.
Limited support from the older generation.
I was blessed to live down the road a piece from my mother in law.
And next door to a beloved Aunt.
I gleaned and cherished the collective wisdom before me.
I hung on their words.
I watched and tried to model their faith and practices.
There’s no manual for perfection.
God saw you as the perfect parent for your child.
He has equipped you
He will continue to give you all you need.
You are doing a great job during these difficult times.
Breathe in .
Cry those tears when needed.
Not everyday will be perfect.
If you’re one of those tired and worn to core mama’s?
Hold on.
Cling to the truth of who God says you are.
God offers grace.
So much grace.
Walk in that grace.
Let it wash over you.
Mama’s with those young ones . .
You’re doing a great job!
Really.
